The runic ability is scalable and improves with enchantment.
The reprisal damage is 5% of incoming damage per enchantment level, minimum 1 damage. This damage bypasses protection shields. The damage also receives a bonus based on the rogue's strength modifier over the armor's required strength.
Armor of reprisal does not work against inanimate creatures (wall turrets).
